About the Program

Today’s clients demand that lawyers understand how to value a business - whether in relation to a merger or acquisition, shareholder dispute, or an estates or family law matter. The more you understand about business valuation, the better you’ll be able to use your financial understanding to your client’s advantage during negotiations or litigation. You’ll learn the pros and cons of each method, what to watch out for, and how to formulate meaningful inquiries.
