What to Expect at a Virtual Conference
How can I access the event on October 27-28?
The 2021 conference will take place online. A unique access link or login credentials will be sent closer to the event date.
Will I be able to network with others?
The virtual platform will allow you to interact with others via one-to-one video chats, small group discussion rooms and other virtual gathering spots.
Will there be an exhibit hall?
A sponsor showcase with virtual display areas and downloadable resources will be available for you to explore between sessions. You'll be able to visit with sponsors via video or have a text chat.

Will I have to download extra software?
The event will be hosted on the PheedLoop platform. No special software will be required to access the conference; the event will run on your web browser. You may have to sign up to certain services to access the sessions but these will be free at the point of use. Further instructions will be given upon entry.
Do I need to have a webcam for the event?
Although you do not need a webcam to attend the virtual event, you’re encouraged to use your webcam to allow for face-to-face networking with other attendees.
