This panel discussion will discuss the practices across jurisdictions for procurement of engineering services for "mid-level" capital renewal projects. These "bread and butter" type road and bridge renewal projects generally require a consistent scope of services from Engineering Services Procurement (ESP), that can cost an agency much time and resources to procure.
