This session will explore how organizations are integrating fleet electrification, charging systems, and facility upgrades into holistic asset management and capital planning frameworks. Panelists will discuss strategies for:

• Aligning electrification initiatives with organizational mandates, sustainability targets, and funding strategies;
• Incorporating lifecycle costing, risk management, and performance monitoring into decision-making
• Leveraging data, technology, and cross-departmental governance to support program delivery and asset resilience; and
