Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Draped Table & Chairs

The OCA will provide each exhibitor with a complimentary 6’ Draped Table and Two chairs.

Will you require the draped table and 2 chairs for your booth? *Required

Large Display Area or Heavy Equipment

Will your booth have a large display area or heavy equipment and/or big trucks? *Required

Exhibitors with large display areas or heavy equipment and/or big trucks will be scheduled for their move in time.

Please note that your booking is not complete until you proceed to the payment page. The booth you have selected will not be reserved until payment is confirmed. Once confirmed you will receive a confirmation email.

Booth staff registration

Please be advised that you will be able to upload your booth staff information closer to the show date. Exhibitors will receive an email to login and list their booth staff. Booth staff will need to be identified so that they can receive their name badge by email.

Booth Staff

The main registrant for the Exhibiting booth will automatically get an exhibiting staff badge and does not need to register for an additional badge.

Please register your Booth Staff by March 21, 2025 to avoid onsite registration
