This panel discussion will feature three speakers at different points in their career, with a focus on  younger professionals. Each will describe what they are looking for (e.g. mentorship, opportunities, work flexibility, benefits) and how their perspective has changed in the past or might change in future. Audience participation will help identify and prioritize key professional development opportunities.
