This panel discussion will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about the challenges and opportunities of the Alliance contracting model, and how it can be used to rebuild infrastructure in a way that truly benefits the community, drives innovation, and creates impactful relationships. The panelists include British Columbia ministry representatives, design consultants, and construction leaders who have been involved in one or more of the various Alliance contracted projects across British Columbia. The panelists will share their experiences and insights, providing valuable information for those interested in exploring a new way of working together as an industry.
