Research has demonstrated that Indigenous people are over-represented among fatalities due to motor vehicle collisions, providing strong justification for efforts to improve Indigenous road safety outcomes. This session will explore road safety issues impacting Indigenous people and communities, and highlight projects that demonstrate partnerships and engagement approaches for implementing safety improvements.
