Let's discover how to develop a culture of two-way communication where every member feels valued and included. Engage in discussions on implementing strategies that promote co-operation and develop a member focused culture that enhances community and promotes belonging among all co-op members. -
Setting the Course for Success with Jaclyn Johnston
Join us to master the essential of annual planning and discover how to align goals with community needs and member expectations. This interactive session includes completing pre-workshop homework and engaging in hands-on activities to craft an annual plan. By the end of this workshop, you will be equipped with a tailored annual plan that drives your co-operative's progress and strengthens community engagement!

Early bird registration discount:Register online by October 4, 2024 and save $20 on each registration fee.
Additional participant discount: Once you've registered one member, you'll save $50 on each additional registration.
Young member discount: Once you've registered one member, each additional young member (under 35 years) is free.
Travel rebate for member co-ops: If you live more than 100km away from the event venue, and you are attending in person, we will provide a $100 travel rebate per co-op. If you would like to apply for a travel rebate, click here

Cancellation policy
All cancellation must be made at least 3 days prior to the event, and a $20 cancellation fee will apply. No refund will be issues for cancellation received less than 3 days prior to the event.
