Description: Get an insider’s look at traffic operations and traffic safety in the City of Ottawa. The City of Ottawa Traffic Control Center is home to all things traffic! This tour includes presentations about the traffic control room, traffic signal controller communications and video shop, sign production shop, traffic signal shop, pavement markings, and more!

Constraints: The Traffic Control Center is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of elevators.  

How to attend: If you pre-registered for a tour, but can no longer attend, return your tour ticket to the Info Booth. If you’d like to go on a tour but didn’t sign up, visit the Info Booth to check if any tour tickets are available. 15 minutes before the tour’s start time, head to Level 1 and volunteers will be there to provide instructions.
