• Asset management leadership: How leaders can impact asset management culture and success; how to convince senior management and political leaders to embrace asset management practices
• Asset management learning and awareness: Successful strategies to build asset management knowledge, understanding and awareness across your organization; learning and development plans and competency frameworks for transportation staff
• Culture: Establishing a culture of asset management; moving from a siloed asset management approach to a centralized and coordinated approach; managing this change
