Description:
Transportation is the second-largest source of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Canada, accounting for a quarter of total GHG emissions. Hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) can help reduce GHGs from transportation, and quick refuelling can make them a great option for industries like busing and trucking. But haven’t we heard this before? Are FCEVs around the corner or still 20 years out? Do they really work in Canada? And where can you refuel them?

Our panel of experts from Natural Resources Canada, the Alberta Motor Transportation Association, Ballard Power, and HTEC will cover all this and more:
• Lessons learned from recent and ongoing Canadian trials
• Commercialization timelines and business cases for FCEV fleets
• Production and distribution of hydrogen, and facts on hydrogen safety
